Job Description:
*Should have exceptional idea creation for social media content.
*She has to participate in content creation for the company.
*Preferably Female with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
*Qualification – Graduate in Mass Communication (Preferable) or MBA-Marketing or graduate.
*Should be able to create content both in English & Bengali.
*Platform Knowledge needed – FACEBOOK/INSTA/LINKEDIN/QUORA/YOUTUBE/REDDIT/X
*Tools Knowledge- META BUSINESS SUITE (MANDATORY) / YOUTUBE STUDIO (MANDATORY)/ li analytics (mandatory) and either one from the following BUZZSUMO/BUFFER/ZOHOSOCIAL/SOCIAL PILOT.
*Should be able to manage a team of designers/editors in remote & hybrid environments.
*Strong knowledge of MS-Excel & Content Calendar preparation.
*Should be eager to attend video shoot at off-site or in the office when needed.
