fitDEGREE is a management software for fitness businesses.

The Challenge

For what projects/services did your company hire Skyram Technologies, and what were your goals?

Our website was in serious need of an upgrade. After overpaying an agency to bring our website from Squarespace to Webflow, we were sorely disappointed. Then came Skyram Technologies

The Approach

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for affordable web developers with experience in Webflow. We needed someone that could work fast and had an eye for design without me needing to micromanage them.

We already had a setup in Webflow but we needed over 10 new pages built. Throughout this buildout, Sandip and my team got very comfortable with trusting one another with the design. As time went on, less granular communication was needed.

How many people from the vendor’s team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Just one, Sandip. He is the project manager. This made it very simple to get things done.

The Outcome

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Now we begin working on SEO and Advertising so to say there was a site visit increase or decrease % wouldn’t be fair either way. I will say that now I finally feel comfortable making an effort to drive prospects to our website.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

For a relationship that started over Upwork, we mainly communicate over email now and just use Upwork for the billing portion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to take out design, improve it, and continue working without much supervision is impressive. That allowed us to just focus on the product images and copy

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope!
